SBS maximum supports 75 users and mailboxes. It allows to host multi web sites under IIS web service. Also it supports to receive multi email domain. If you deploy it for 10 or 15 users, you need to purchase 10 or 15 CALs. If you deploy it for Internet users to access your web sites, it doesn't allowed under MS licensing. MS has Windows Server 2003 Web Edition or External Connection for public users access Windows server.
